Purchaser Terms

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Purchaser Terms apply when you purchase or maintain a VELUR LIUN™ Community Membership offered through Brain Sniper™. By completing a purchase, selecting a subscription button, or using paid community access, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Purchaser Terms and the Brain Sniper™ Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not complete the purchase or use the paid membership services.

2. Membership and Included Access

VELUR LIUN™ Community Membership provides access to eligible community conversation spaces offered under the membership, including the Fuel Lounge™ and Lejon Noir Luxé™ Coffee & Tea House.

Different checkout links may identify the venue through which a member first joined. Regardless of the entry link used, a valid active membership provides the same community access. Members should not purchase a second subscription to enter another included conversation space.

Brain Sniper™ may add, modify, rename, temporarily close, or discontinue community areas, features, operating hours, ambience, or conversation functions as the experience develops.

3. Price, Billing and Automatic Renewal

The current membership price is $3.99 per month, plus any applicable taxes. Your payment provider will charge the payment method associated with your subscription.

Your subscription automatically renews for successive monthly billing periods until canceled. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the then-current membership price, plus applicable taxes, until cancellation.

Membership pricing may change. When required, advance notice will be provided before a changed price applies to a future renewal.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time through the payment provider or subscription platform used when you joined, including Stripe, PayPal, or another authorized provider.

To avoid the next recurring charge, submit your cancellation at least 24 hours before your scheduled renewal date. Cancellation timing, processing, and continued access through the end of a paid billing period may also be governed by the payment provider’s terms.

Canceling prevents future renewals; it does not automatically reverse charges already processed.

5. Existing Members and Duplicate Subscriptions

If you already have an active VELUR LIUN™ Community Membership, use the member entrance or Manage Membership option. Do not purchase another subscription through a different venue or payment link.

Brain Sniper™ may use reasonable account and payment controls to reduce duplicate subscriptions, but members are responsible for reviewing their payment-provider accounts and promptly reporting suspected duplicate billing.

6. Refunds and Billing Questions

Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated at purchase, subscription charges are generally non-refundable after they have been processed. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically provide a refund for the current billing period.

If you believe you were charged in error or purchased a duplicate subscription, contact us promptly and include the email address associated with the purchase. Refund eligibility may depend on the circumstances, applicable law, and the policies of the payment provider.

7. Account and Access Requirements

Paid access is personal to the purchasing member’s authorized Brain Sniper™ account. You may not sell, transfer, share, or sublicense your membership or account credentials.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting your sign-in credentials, and ensuring that your payment-provider information remains current.

8. Conversation Standards

Community conversation spaces are designed for respectful, thoughtful interaction. Members must not post or engage in:

• Threats, harassment, bullying, hate speech, discrimination, or targeted abuse.
• Impersonation, fraud, deception, unlawful conduct, or attempts to compromise another person’s account.
• Spam, unauthorized advertising, repetitive solicitation, malicious code, or prohibited links.
• Private, confidential, identifying, or financial information belonging to another person.
• Content that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.

Brain Sniper™ may remove content or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the community, the platform, its members, or applicable legal obligations.

9. Ephemeral Conversations and Moderation

Messages may be displayed publicly for only a limited period, such as three minutes. Public expiration does not guarantee that content is immediately erased from every technical, security, fraud-prevention, legal, or moderation system.

Reported or flagged content may be retained privately for a limited period when reasonably necessary for safety, investigation, dispute resolution, platform integrity, or legal compliance.

Do not submit information that you require to remain private, confidential, permanent, or recoverable.

10. Suspension or Termination

Brain Sniper™ may suspend or terminate community access for material or repeated violations of these terms, harmful conduct, fraud, payment reversal, subscription expiration, security threats, or misuse of the platform.

Suspension or termination for a violation does not automatically create a right to a refund, except where required by applicable law.

11. Intellectual Property

Brain Sniper™, VELUR LIUN™, Fuel Lounge™, Lejon Noir Luxé™, associated names, designs, environments, software, graphics, audio, text, and platform materials are protected intellectual property belonging to their respective owner or authorized licensor.

You retain rights you lawfully hold in your original messages. You grant Brain Sniper™ a limited, non-exclusive license to process, display, transmit, moderate, and retain those messages only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and administer the community experience.

12. Availability and Changes

Online services can experience maintenance, outages, security events, or technical limitations. Continuous or uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

These Purchaser Terms may be updated as the membership develops or as operational, legal, or payment requirements change. Material changes will be communicated when required. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
